The company is in a period of growth and is looking to hire a Backend Game Developer interested in growing with us.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain game logic from math prototypes.
- Work closely with the development team as we build new features, functionality and applications to continue our growth
- Help your team decide what technologies to use. Every engineer can propose better ways of doing things
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with security and efficiency in mind
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Develop visioning skills and ability to see the big picture
- Integrate and collaborate with existing IT systems to solve complex business solutions
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in backend development
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience working with NodeJS and Typescript
- Previous experience working with PHP is considered a plus
- Experience in iGaming is considered a plus
- Attentive to detail and takes great pride in your work, you care what the end-user thinks of what you have done
- Passionate and consistently reads and collaborates with others to stay up to date with the latest best practices
- Relevant education/series of hobby projects to showcase your skills will be considered a plus
- Self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude who works well within a fast-paced environment
- Team player, bringing energy and positivity to our awesome team
- Fluent in English
- Highly organised and structured
